Bring the department to a next level
The Customer Service Department gives technical support to dealers by giving technical trainings, reaching out technical solutions, giving onsite support, processing spare parts orders and by handling complaints. Dealer satisfaction through accurate service is therefore top priority!
What we expect from you:
- To monitor this satisfaction, you establish a reporting structure that allows for objectification and measurement of improvement by implementing registration and reporting tools. Your focus is on ways of communicating, cooperating, improving. Implementing and optimising processes is an important part of your responsibilities.
- You ensure correct use of tools, which enables a qualitative and efficient follow-up. You ensure that the team always uses the most appropriate method of working so that work is done in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- You make sure the team answers all technical questions and/or complaints received via the various channels (online, telephone, e-mail, etc.) in a professional and well-founded manner.
- The team consists of 14 Technical Support Engineers, of which 10 are located in Belgium, 3 in Italy and 1 in France. As team manager, you are responsible for coaching, evaluating and motivating your team members. Your concern is also to guarantee optimum occupancy and continuity.
- Set up end to end processes related to customer service, thereby networking and aligning with stakeholders in other departments.
People manager who values efficiency and quality
- You have a proven experience in a customer service manager role within a technical B2B environment.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing a team and you have a coaching mindset.
- You think strategically and act pragmatically. You have experience in reporting tools and optimising processes that go hand in hand with change management.
- You are a team player with strong relationship- and project management skills.
- You are result- and solution oriented and have excellent planning and organisational skills.
- You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality and are open to occasionally work after the working hours.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
