Overview

Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition EMENA is seeking a Customer Service Representative with German.

You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams, overseeing the entire order-to-cash process.

Join us in one of the Kemin offices in Herentals(Belgium), Warsaw(Poland) or Budapest(Hungary).

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and distributors in the DACH region, ensuring seamless communication and support.
    • Ensure efficient and smooth order processing, balancing economic efficiency with exceptional customer service.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and sales area files.
    • Collect, validate, and manage master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Prepare colleagues for backup roles and step in as a backup during absences, supporting both customer service and logistics functions.
    • Deliver timely and accurate customer service, ensuring adherence to all internal procedures.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure resolution.
    • Plan shipments effectively, ensuring warehouse staff receives precise instructions for efficient delivery preparation.
Qualifications

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience within Customer Service/Supply Chain.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Positive and growth mindset.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
