Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Overview

As customer service representative you make sure that customer requirements are met in terms of quality and timelines. You take care of all customer complaints/problems and look for the appropriate solution.

Principal Duties
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely, accurate order entry
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and procedures
  • Preparing export documents
  • Handle customer phone calls, e-mails
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree in administration or equivalent by experience.
  • Skills: Excellent administration skills, accurate, thorough, committed to deliver an A+ customer service. Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French , good working knowledge of at least one other European language
