As a Customer Service Representative you will coordinate and handle all customer requests and help them in order to grow our business, increase market share and market knowledge and to reach the commercial goals. You will be the bridge for Lonza and its external customers in order to provide optimal services and guarantee total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis
• Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders
• Handle any customer inquiry accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product related and technical information as requested.
• Keep abreast of all changes within LBS (new products, new policies, changes in legislation, …) in order to provide the customer with the most recent information at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree or demonstrable experience in sales or customer service
• Good communication skills
• Motivated to challenge the status quo and continuously look for improvement opportunities
• Fluent French and English knowledge is a must, additional language knowledge is a plus
