Trimble Transport and Logistics, whose operations and development teams are located in Ypres and Leuven, is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Ieper/Ypres, Belgium.

Location: Ieper (Hybrid working options available).
  • You will report to the Order Desk Team Leader.
  • You are responsible for:
    • The processing and follow-up of orders.
    • Preparing invoices.
    • The review of contracts (cancellations, renewals, changes).
  • You communicate with the customer, as well as between the various internal departments - sales, order desk, production planning, support.
  • You carry out testing of new set ups of processes and products in our test environment.
  • You help to find new solutions for existing processes.
  • Higher education diploma, preferably related to business or economic studies.
  • Some experience in an administrative function with analytical tasks.
  • Demonstrates ability to work accurately.
  • You are enthusiastic and positive with a good dose of team spirit.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Dutch languages.
  • CRM or Invoicing system knowledge would be advantageous.
