Software for nurses and physiotherapists

Your challenge:

  • The Customer Support team ensures the first contact with our customers (independent nurses and physiotherapists) and is responsible for following up the questions asked by them both by telephone and electronically (tickets and e-mails). As a member of the team, you are responsible for analyzing the various problems and for supporting the use of our software.
  • During the execution of your job you work closely with the other colleagues of the Customer Support team, but also with the other departments such as sales, technical service and IT.
  • In the long run, you also provide training courses on the use of our software to customers (via Webinars, at the customer’s premises, and this both individually and in group). In addition, you also install our software with them.
  • Through analysis and research, you strive to maximize your knowledge of our software, as well as specific legislation within the paramedical sector.
  • You will also be involved in various aspects of software development such as testing, document creation, and tools for both customer and internal use, etc.

  • Self-study and permanent training do not scare you off.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and you can express yourself in French. Bilingual (NL / FR) is a big plus!
  • You have preferably followed a course related to the position and you have a strong interest in IT and the paramedical sector.
  • You have good knowledge of all Windows and Office versions and you can easily learn specialized software. Basic knowledge of networks and hardware is a plus, as is knowledge of Salesforce.
