You will join the team responsible for technical customer service and spare parts.

In this position, customer satisfaction is key, and you will have extensive customer contact.

  • You will support customers with their technical support questions, drawing on your expertise and after completing an initial training period provided by the company.
  • You help them order the right parts for the machines.
  • Once you have identified the appropriate part, you prepare the quotation.
  • You ensure that the spare parts are ready on time and arrange suitable (urgent) shipping for customers worldwide.
  • This role also involves handling associated administrative tasks, such as preparing transport and customs documents.
  • In consultation with the team, you will handle incoming warranty claims and work together to find a customer-friendly solution.

We are looking for a technical profile with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

In this job, you will have extensive contact with customers located worldwide.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, ideally in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • Reading technical plans comes naturally to you.
  • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, E-plan, and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley) is recommended.
  • Experience in customer service is considered highly advantageous.
  • You possess strong communication skills and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • You excel in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French is crucial for this role.
