Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Expertise in:
  • Information security management system (ISMS) implementation;
  • Risk analysis, management, and treatment;
  • Development of security policy and objectives;
  • Project management;
  • Process analysis and optimization;
  • Experience in mapping risks and compliance questions to suitable and effective secure solutions in collaboration with the customer and relevant stakeholders;
  • Ability to:
  • Quickly create clarity in complex situations;
  • Think and act from a business perspective;
  • Familiarity with the Atos or Syntel DevSecOps approach or experience working in a development environment;
  • Experience working in one or more of the following sectors: transport, business services, education, healthcare or central government.
Duties/role:
  • Supervising and steering security of the Services within a defined scope;
  • Delivering proactive advices on security and related risks, and acting upon the provided advices to avoid security issues;
  • Liaising with Security Experts within the Organization;
  • Providing inputs to the Strategy and Innovation Board and Development Work Group;
  • Executing recommendations from audits performed by the Organization;
  • Acting in a DevSecOps environment;
  • Liaising with DevOps teams and instructing them on the security requirements, and at the same time collecting security assurance information to be handed over to the consortium together with the software;
  • Performing the following activities per Use Case:
  • Providing the SRA with additional security risk-based requirements for the design, testing, handover, and operation phases of the functional model (3 days);
  • Assessing the outcome of different security tests (SAST, DAST, etc.) (2 days);
  • Assessing completeness of the backlog for security purposes (4 hours);
  • Assessing a standard response plan for the module when failing with regard to a security incident (4 hours);
  • Assessing completeness of the documents for all stages of the module in its lifecycle (1 day);
  • Cooperating with Safety Manager and Quality Manager for the product to be assessed and certified for the required SWALL level;
  • Providing metrics and reports for a compliance proof (2 days).
