Hello,

We are looking for a Data Analyst for a long-term position in Brussels (Oudergem). Specifically, someone ready to help our client makes sense of their Data within the world of Finance.

Your Daily Tasks :

• Create basic and advanced dashboards (target summaries, revenue analyses, process efficiency measurement, etc.) using data visualization software, to develop creative design solutions that improve the user reporting experience.

• Assist in efforts to standardize reporting across business units, following established processes and methodology. As far as possible, also develop automation in producing the reports.

• Provide first level of analyses to managers and colleagues, challenge conclusions

• Provide guidance in interpreting and understanding of figures

• Perform detailed error-checking and data validation, to identify and resolve potential data integrity and reporting issues (in collaboration with the data owners and the IT department).

• Provide support to Business, Finance, and Operations to support day to day management, forecasting, and transformations.

• Develop data culture inside the company and across management.

What you need to have:

• Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function

• Minimum 3-5 years substantial business experience in performance or data management, data visualization and/or data quality

• Performance oriented mindset

• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills

• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch language
