We’re hiring a freelance Data Analyst for a major BI program with a long-term vision. You’ll work in a multilingual environment on strategic analytics initiatives that support operational and business decision-making.
???? Your Role
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Build clear and maintainable data models to support business objectives.
- Design impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent).
- Collaborate on the setup of data governance practices and modeling standards.
- Translate business needs into actionable data deliverables and visual stories.
Bonus points for experience with: Git, CI/CD, unit testing, or data mesh principles.
????️ Key Skills Required
- Power BI or equivalent BI tools – 5+ years
- Microsoft SQL Server / MS Fabric DWH – 5+ years
- Advanced SQL & data modeling – 5+ years
- Data governance and modeling frameworks – 5+ years
