Responsibilities

Reports to Facility & Operations Management
Handling service requests : access, rack, waste, patching, good shipping, h&e, ….
Responsible for information security as system owner
Keeping track of stock (TOB, cables, spare parts, ...)
Following up incidents and problems to resolution together with the supplier
Carrying out on-duty assignments (24/7) eg through active monitoring
Follow-up of preventive maintenance actions by the suppliers
Actively participate in business continuity exercises
Execution and follow-up of all kinds of changes (facilities, IT, ...)
Drawing up standard operating procedures for first and second line operations
Carrying out the monthly reporting for customers and finance (consumption)
Working according to ISO standards & code of conduct
Carrying out the syndic role for the CASCO part of DC

Profile

Bachelor Electro Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience
Experience with technical installations (power, cooling and automation) and affinity with IT
Team player who interacts smoothly with colleagues, customers and technicians of the vendors
Good communication skills
Flexible and stress resistant
Executor with analytical skills
Have an eye for detail and discipline
Process and procedure driven
Able to be on location within the hour during on duty
Bilingual (Dutch, English), French is a plus.

Certified Data center Professional (EPI CDCP)
Certified Data center Specialist (EPI CDCS)
Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant (EPI CTDC)
Prevention Advisor VGW (Safety Health and Well-being) Switching Competent
(BA5)
