THE ROLE

Does SQL server, Azure SQL & cosmos DB have no secrets for you? Do you have great attention to detail & solid experience as a DBA? Are you not afraid of a challenge? Then apply for this position as database administrator!

Main tasks will include:
  • Install, configure, manage, support, monitor and troubleshoot databases (SQL server, Azure sql, cosmos db)
  • Prepare and implement backups and recovery procedures
  • Analyze database performance and execute performance tuning
  • Take ownership of database related incidents

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
  • Team player that can advice others in the team on best practices and offer support.
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting database infrastructure, and subsequent fixes or optimisations.
  • Strong understanding of database infrastructure, maintenance, administration, and design.
  • Possess Database High Availability techniques/experience using native tools like mirroring, Replication and Always-On.
  • Expert in troubleshooting performance issues with SQL queries.
