About Our Client

My client is an industrial company active in the industrial cleaning. Based near La Louvière, the firm is looking to recruit a strong potential who will be the next Site Manager of the site.

Job Description
  • Be the right arm of the site manager who will help you to grow so you can replace him in the future (short term)
  • Your responsibilities will be strategical and operational
  • Assist the site manager in the management of the teams working within the site (included the production, logistics and maintenance)
  • Be responsible for several project related to production, logistics or maintenance
  • Set up budget, organization and schedule of new projects.
  • Contribute to a positive working atmosphere
  • Help the site manager to proceed with presentations and evaluations
  • become a master in budget management
The Successful Applicant
  • Master Degree in Engineering (electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of English, German and French is a strong asset
  • Entrepreneur mindset and family culture
