For our client in the region of Waregem, we are on the lookout for a creative mind to join our client’s dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of data-driven decision-making in the digital landscape.

Job Description

  • Empower decision-making: Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions, translating business objectives into measurable KPIs within digital omnichannel projects.
  • Data transparency: Collect, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring transparency for stakeholders to support strategic decisions and provide insights on the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Innovative reporting: Create and automate digital reporting, managing data quality, and continuously improving dashboards to refine insights.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, proactively monitoring data to identify improvements and suggesting enhancements for the digital customer experience

Your Profile

  • Digital expertise: Demonstrate several years of experience in digital data analysis with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and e-care.
  • Analytical skills: Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query, Datastudio, Salesforce, etc.
  • Tech-savvy: Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel, with basic knowledge of web technologies and a passion for embracing new digital media technologies.
  • Team player: Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, facilitating effective communication in diverse settings.
