Are you curious to take up a key role as Digital Manager, working in close collaboration with our diverse and energized commercial and medical teams, being a business partner proactively designing the Innovative Medicine Digital Infrastructure and drive the digital strategic framework in close partnership with our Omnichannel Engagement to drive innovation for Health Care Professionals and patients including KPIs for impact analysis and continuous development for optimal end user experience. Digital Strategy & Business Impact
Own the customer engagement related to digital strategy design and execution for promoted brands proactively partnering with TAs to understand their needs with respect to digital execution objectives, priorities, and support/capability requirements.
Align, listen and challenge business teams around strategies related to digital tactics, looking for synergies, best practices, collaborate with Omnichannel Engagement Manager and Data Insights & Analytics to find solutions fit for purpose, aligned to brand strategies and trends from external sources.
Inspire the company digital evolution, even outside of the specific digital team, foster a new culture of digital savviness.
Define all CRM MCM initiatives including website optimization and social media.
Implement concrete best practices from global, region and other CPOs as well as from other divisions.

Content Development
Manages the process of digital content management: content placement partnering the marketing teams and OCE.
Continuously develops the online content plan and agenda in close collaboration with the brand teams.
Executes digital pilots with TAs and in collaboration with IT
Plan, develop and execute on digital marketing plans that support company’s integrated inbound and outbound campaigns towards HCPs and Patients.
Ensure compliance for digital marketing in collaboration with digital guidelines, procurement and GCIT processes
Timely implementation of online content in line with the yearly content plan, agenda and allocated budget.

KPI & Performance
Establish digital analytic KPIs to measure overall digital success and uncover key learnings to improve future initiatives.
Enable excellence and efficiency in digital service delivery.
Embeds digital Analytics for impact analysis from digital tools.
Aligns on OCE SFE planning for customer facing associates and sets and own KPIs for digital channels together with data insights manager.
Manage digital and creative agencies working, ensuring that they deliver on time, on budget, to agreed quality and in a compliant manner.
Collaborates with Capabilities to develop upskilling programs aimed to increased digital competences to support transformation to a digitally agile organization
Anticipate future customer needs and promotes areas for innovation.

Minimum requirements

Customer engagement & digital operations in the pharmaceutical industry or other relevant industries
Strong project management (i.e. milestones, deliverables, timelines and KPIs) early experiences within emerging innovative areas.
Leveraging data and insights to drive effective digital strategy and tactics.
Understanding of patient journey and digital solution options to accelerate support.
Project management and cross-functionally in agile ways of working.
Good understanding of digital trends and solutions, technology, and products.
Enterprise mindset and solution-oriented, problem-solving approach to innovative challenges.
Effective at navigating through matrix team environments, indirect leadership influence.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a “winning team” mindset.
