Job Opportunity: Digital Marketeer

Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketeer looking to join a dynamic team?

The PN Selfcare Marketing team is seeking a talented individual who balances creativity with strategic insight, has a passion for social media, and is dedicated to driving brand growth while staying ahead of trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:Maintain and enhance the brand’s look and feel, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Lead creative direction for photo and video shoots.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and analyze the performance of multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Content Production: Plan and produce content for both organic and paid campaigns, collaborating with in-house teams and external creators. Bonus points if you’re comfortable stepping in front of the camera yourself!
  • PR Collaborations: Manage influencer partnerships, UGC, PR campaigns, and nail creator collaborations. This includes contract negotiations and event organization.
  • Email Marketing: Design, brief, execute & follow up on email campaigns, including newsletters and automated flows (created by our performance agency, or by yourself). A knack for creative copywriting with a commercial edge is a bonus.
  • E-commerce Support:Keep our Shopify website updated by tracking stock and sales volumes, adding product and blog content, and ensuring SEO recommendations are implemented.
  • Collaboration with Design: Work closely with graphic designers to create cohesive, on-brand visual content.
  • Market & Trend Detection: Stay ahead of market trends, focusing on colors, nail art styles, emerging products, and innovative video content. Saw a new TikTok trend today? It’s live tomorrow.
  • New Product Development: Contribute to the development of new product lines based on market research and trends in collaboration with the Product Development Department.
  • Team Support: Collaborate & guide interns as they support you in executing day-to-day tasks.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Proven expertise in social media management with a creative and innovative approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in content production and email marketing – knowledge of tools like CapCut, IG Reels, TikTok videos & Creator Insight, Klaviyo, etc. is requested.
  • A successful track record in growing social media channels and driving sessions through organic traffic.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Teamplayer and able to work autonomously.
  • Fluent in English with native-level proficiency in Dutch or French (written and spoken).
