We’re a data-driven marketing agency. Sounds a bit nerdy, right? Don’t worry. We’re not nearly as corporate as you would think. When you join BossData, you’ll join a vibrant, eager, helpful, and joyful team.

What will you be doing?

• Being part of our growing team, you¿ll have a direct impact on our client¿s businesses. You will be responsible for:
• Defining objectives and KPIs together with your clients
• Setting up, analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns to reach the objectives on a several marketing platforms.
• Turning data into information and provide analyses and recommendations through web analytics & digital business intelligence.
• Keeping your client up to date about campaign performance and insights.
• Evaluating new technologies and advising your clients in whether or not to implement these.
• Taking the time to develop yourself and BossData.

The first 6 months are your onboarding. During these months you will become familiar with BossData¿s way of work. You will be working alongside your designated buddy on several clients. She/he will teach you the ins-and-outs of digital marketing and its tools. After this onboarding process you’ll start taking full ownership of 2 to 4 clients.

Who are you?

• Have affinity with consulting, digital advertising and/or web analytics.
• Experience is a plus, but we also love to take on graduated professionals with a passion for online marketing.
• Be analytical, business minded and reason logically.
• Be entrepreneurial and that is expressed because you like to take initiative.
• Be eager to learn and develop yourself by keeping an eye out for new developments in your field.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Work independent, but have also a strong team player attitude.
