In Bridgestone Mobility Solutions Business Unit (BMS BU), we help our customers to gain new insights based on technology, become more data-driven and take advantage of new opportunities arising from a connected and fast-changing world.
In Tyre SolutionsLine of Business (LoB), we start from a tyre centric approach but we go beyond tire, by creating the link between our current Core Business (Tyre & Rubber) and more advanced Mobility Solutions such as Webfleet Solutions (WFS).
This we achieve by adding technology (developed by WFS, by Bridgestone Digital-Lab or other external partnerships) which allows us to propose more data-driven decisions and increase our Value Propositions for our Customers, for our Retail organization and for selected Business Partners.
We target Private Customers, Fleets, OEMs.
We Incubate, Co-develop, Deploy Data-Driven Subscription-based Solutions.
Our ultimate goal is to deliver new sustainable and profitable Business Streams contributing to transform Bridgestone to become the most trusted partner in mobility solutions.
The scope of the position is to analyze and map digital media needs for all Lines of Business of Tyre Solutions, develop new digital campaigns & supervise the paid media campaigns executed through Retail partners or local Bridgestone teams.
The overall responsibility of the job holder of the position of Digital Media Manager, Tyre Solutions:
- Coordinate overall paid media campaigns for all Solutions within Tyre Solutions, for online & offline channels. Advise Business leads on the most optimal paid media strategy for different Solutions, working closely with Content & Activation Manager and by respecting the available media budget
- Ensure timely execution of paid media campaigns (execution in-house or coordination through specialized agencies)
- Define social media strategy for Solutions, manage social media channels creation and maintenance
- Manage Content Management System for Solutions – analyze existing tool, propose process improvements, manage content updates
- Manage and develop Digital Media Professional (1 FTE)
Social media channels management
Establish social media strategy and activate the approved social media channels. Create Solution pages, upload content, set up contact details. Regularly update social media channels and perform analysis of results & actionable insights (reports creation etc). Ensure timely follow up on comments/questions/reviews on social media channels, incl collecting the right answers from the relevant team members. Coordinate reporting with social media insights from Retail partners. Map all activated social media channels and document access credentials.
Paid media campaigns execution
Execute paid media campaigns on owned channels, in line with media plan. Ensure efficient execution of paid media campaigns via Retail partners and local Bridgestone teams.
Paid search campaigns
Set up Google Ads accounts for Solutions in each market, based on media plan. Set up ads, extensions, keywords, targeting, daily budgets. Follow up and optimize campaigns on a regular basis. Perform regular analysis of results & make actionable insights towards the Business (copy performance, keywords performance, campaign performance etc). Ensure effective spend of available media budget.
Paid social campaigns execution
Execute paid social campaigns on owned channels. Publish approved ads, set up targeting & retargeting, reporting on ads performance and ad creative performance: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, Messenger activity etc. Report on target audience insights.
Other Paid Media Campaigns
Analyze possible paid media channels and select the most optimal media mix to achieve business targets. Display campaigns / Google My Business / Radio campaigns activation & follow up /Paid Video / Collaborations with influencers/opinion leaders.
Paid media support towards Retail partners.
Align with Retail partners on campaign channels, targets and KPIs. Advise Retail partner about preferred targeting. Deliver preapproved content & UTM tags. Track campaign performance via Retail, sales and Google Analytics data. Manage paid media spend with Retail partners and coordinate campaign reporting.
CMS
Solutions CMS websites optimizations: analyze current strategy and advise on future development. Build new section blocks, ensure consistency, publishing new content.
Newsletters/CRM
Technical implementation of Solution newsletters (Mailchimp etc). Perform regular analysis of results & make actionable insights for the Business. Report on delivery rates, open rates, CTR etc. Coordinate CRM activities with Retail partners and local Bridgestone teams. Advise Bridgestone Mobility Solutions team on Tyre Solutions needs in terms of Salesforce implementation.
People management
Develop and guide Digital Media Professional. Manage evaluation cycle process for the direct report.
Essential
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- University degree in marketing, economics or business
- 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing within an international environment
- Self-starter, Proactive, Strategic, Team Player, Adaptable, Creative, Decisive, Analytic, With an eye for details, Agile, Eager to learn
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
- Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions oriented
- Proven practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Wordpress
- English: Excellent written and spoken English, other EU languages are an advantage
- Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment
- Affinity with Automotive industry/cars/mobility
- Proven experience in B2C2B industry
