Sopadis is a network of dealerships mainly located on the Brussels - Antwerpen – Mechelen. It gathers top automotive brands like Audi, Cupra, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini & Rimac. We represent over 30 dealerships, +1.000 employees and are part of D’Ieteren Automotive.

For our dealerships in Brussels, namely Brussels Auto Group (Halle, Anderlecht, Dilbeek, Ternat, Groot-Bijgaarden, Overijse) and D’Ieteren Centers (Anderlecht, Drogenbos, Zaventem), we’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist.

About The Role…

The Digital Project Manager is part of the Digital, IT & CI Office and reports to the Digital & Continuous

Improvement Manager.

Main tasks are:
  • Take in new digital projects, analyse them and ensure that the intake given by the client is clear and straightforward for your business stakeholders
  • Draw up a plan of action, in close consultation with the various stakeholders (management, continuous improvement officers, operational end-users, IT-suppliers,….)
  • Assemble the key people in the different business units to work on this digital project
  • Monitor the scope, timing and budget and provide regular feedback to the various stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and follow up communication around the project
  • Deliver the project deliverables within the agreed scope, time and cost
About the skills & experiences
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree and +5 years of experience in project management
  • You easily make contact and do not mind giving and receiving feedback
  • Effectively and efficiently come up with an overall roadmap. You follow it smoothly and adapt your approach where necessary
  • Communicate smoothly to all stakeholders. You are aware of the importance of good communication to bring a project to a successful conclusion
  • You easily analyse an application or project and quickly understand the potential bottlenecks.
  • You estimate the impact of certain decisions.
  • You are more than familiar with the tools from the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, …)
  • Fluent in Dutch and French
