THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Digital Workplace Manager to join its IT Ops team.

The Digital workplace Manager lead the GAMING1 Digital Workplace team that manages the Digital Workplace Domain Capabilities. He ensure the team becomes the authority on Digital Workplace Domain Capabilities for the GAMING1 group by defining standards, guidelines, procedures and improving employee user experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Assist to establish, co-design, co-steer, maintain, and evolve the Digital Workplace Domain Capability Map
  • Manage, evaluate, guide & shape the team
  • Ensure that Digital Workplace resources are used efficiently and securely, that priorities and commitments are aligned with the business and service portfolio
  • Act as a spokesperson for Digital Workplace towards internal & external stakeholders and parties
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of Digital Workplace capabilities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience advising on infrastructure solution & landscape architectures
  • Opinionated, concise but emphatic in communication with various stakeholders
  • Skilled in spotting details but able to keep a bigger picture, T-shaped profile
  • Skilled in influencing, negotiation, mediation & problem resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, peers, staff and others
  • Ability to organize complex technology solutions, that include specific technology deliverables, roadmaps, timelines, operational requirements and budgets impacts
  • Strong affinity with the subject of Digital Workplace
  • Excellent knowledge of security standards and procedures related to the Digital Workplace landscape
  • Have a good knowledge of ITSM in the context of managing an IT Helpdesk
  • Have a good understanding of a broad range of technologies & concepts, including but not limited to:
    • Microsoft 365 productivity tooling
    • Microsoft AzureAD identity & access management
    • Microsoft Endpoint management
    • HCI technologies from VMware or Nutanix
    • Network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Proxy)
