We Invest is a growing real estate franchisor transforming the industry through innovative marketing strategy, digital technology and a human-centric business approach. As a franchisor, we strive to enable our real estate agencies to modernize their mid-and back-office operations, increase sales lead generation, and focus on what their agents need most : the management of the relational aspects of a real estate transaction.

As a digital marketing trainee, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our real estate agencies in Belgium by gaining local B2C brand awareness in the digital world and driving traffic to our online channels and for generating qualitative leads. You will be a key player in the Marketing Success team, dedicated to the success of our agencies!

Responsibilities:

* You will work on the digital success of our real estate agencies in Belgium by implementing and optimizing their local digital campaigns on social media and SEA.

* You’ll create social media and SEA campaigns to promote the new development projects

* You will manage digital marketing budgets for your social media and SEA campaigns

* You will create clear reportings of campaigns performances to our agencies

* You identify local trends, best practices and insights.

Team :

* You will work closely with the Marketing Success team made up of account managers (in direct contact with our agencies) and a graphic designer (who supports you in creating visuals).

* You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to define synergies to build better integrated marketing strategies.

About you

* You have knowledge in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

* You collaborate easily in a team and you take initiatives to carry out your missions.

* You are organized and results oriented.

* You are comfortable writing content.

* You can speak and write in French and English but Dutch is your mother tongue

*Location: Hybrid between our Brussels office and working remotely
