工作内容

Location: Brussels (easy to reach by public transport and parking is provided)

As First line Support Engineer you offer first line IT support to end users to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT problems.

Handling of 1st line incidents and changes: you troubleshoot and/or create tickets and follow up on the open incidents and where necessary you involve the underlying support groups and/or business partners.
You will work in a Microsoft environment
Troubleshooting network problems, Office 365
Staging pc’s
You work proactively in order to continuously improve service quality

Profile

You have first relevant work experience on a servicedesk or similar function OR you finished your studies in IT and are willing to learn
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French
English is a plus
You have communication skills and you are customer oriented
Good knowledge of Windows 10 is needed
Basic knowledge of general networking (IP protocol)
