As a boutique consultancy and daughter company of Econopolis, we combine rigorous economic analysis with a deep understanding of real-world challenges, from climate innovation and energy strategy to industry policy and critical raw materials.

We’re looking for a Economic Consultant to strengthen our growing team in Antwerp.

What you’ll do

You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of policy-relevant projects across Belgium and Europe. Examples include:

  • Modelling the economic impact of the energy transition
  • ⁠Designing strategic investment roadmaps for key sectors
  • ⁠Advising governments on future-proof innovation ecosystems

As a consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced economists and engineers. Expect a steep learning curve, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in economics, applied economics, business engineering, or engineering with strong economic affinity
  • ⁠Strong quantitative and analytical skills (modelling, statistics, data interpretation)
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual is a plus)
  • ⁠A team player who combines intellectual curiosity with a hands-on attitude
  • ⁠Experience with Excel, Python, or R is a plus, but not a must
  • Two years of experience is a plus
