That is why we develop purpose-built IoT solutions in the fields of smart recycling, smart logistics and smart infrastructure.

Unitron Connect, as part of the Unitron Group, is a R&D company and electronics manufacturer active in wireless communication.

Over the past 30 years, our family business has grown into an international company with 120 employees and offices in Belgium, the Czech Republic, the United States and China.

Because we currently have an increasing number of IoT projects, we are looking for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer.

Function:

Within the R&D team you are responsible for research and development of IoT sensors and communication modules. This includes schematic design, PCB layout, circuit simulation, building and testing prototypes to arrive at a finished product.

You will work closely with our partners and customers, the production department and the test lab.

As a team you contribute to the synchronization of hardware design, mechanical design and embedded software.

Profile:

  • You have a degree in electronics and you are passionate about innovation, IoT and digitization.
  • You already have some experience with Altium designer (CAD software), digital and analog circuits.
  • Knowledge of RF and embedded software is a plus.
  • You want to immerse yourself in new (IoT) technologies and you speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
