EMEA Deliver Analytics MD Analyst manages assigned key dashboards and related data flows, manages independently related improvement projects, drives further automation, actively contributes to managing analytics segment portfolio, helps identify analytics opportunities, owns segment of competency model to train and coach analytics team and community, acts as analytics segment lead back up. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned data flows and dashboards without significant issues Maintain related data flows and control quality of data in preparation of the assigned dashboards Train users on using these dashboards Drive assigned data flows automation Automate assigned data flows Identify cross-segment opportunities for automation best practices Improve customer experience connected with assigned reports Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics segment lead) Drive improved customer experience (mainly via improved visualization) Identify cross-segment opportunities for automation best practices Contribute to segment analytics portfolio and governance Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics segment lead) Be familiar with content of segment analytics portfolio and drive assigned projects within that Independently drive or support assigned analytics projects (e.g. OTIF@D, Cost to serve etc.) Own portion of analytics competency model Identify and own element of analytics competency model Track trends in this area, share and mediate that to the rest of analytics team and community Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities Actively participate in data infrastructure workshops and other occasions to identify Stay aligned (with segment analytics lead help) about business and analytics priorities of the segment Reactive analytics Be familiar with content of segment analytics reactive analytics log and execute in delivery of that according to priorities Back up segment analytics lead in case not available Qualifications EMEA Deliver Analytics MD Analyst should have knowledge and experience in following areas with the main emphasis on Business Knowledge, Data and technology and Analytics: LEAD Project and portfolio management - PM (planning), Risk management, PPM (portfolio / domain management) Governance Stakeholder management - Stakeholder maintenance, Stakeholder mapping, Stakeholder analysis Time management and prioritization Information management - OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PPT Vision – Brainstorming, Design thinking, Vivid vision BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE Physical flows Business model Business priorities Data available KPIs – OTIF, Cost to serve, Customer experience, Transportation DATA and TECHNOLOGY Basics - Advanced Excel Process data - VBA / macros, Alteryx, Access, SQL, Python Connect data – FTP, API, Infopath, PowerApps Display – Tableau, Power BI, Azure Technology - Mobile technology ANALYTICS Insights (DMAIC) - Pareto analysis, Root cause analysis, Process mapping, SIPOC, 6sigma, Kaizen, Value stream mapping , Xmatrix / Bowler chart, House of quality Descriptive statistics Probability Mathematical statistics – Estimation, Hypothesis testing, Regression analysis Predictive analytics - Time series analysis, Forecasting, Machine learning Prescriptive analytics – Optimisation Alongside these analytics specific competencies, this role is part of virtual team so ability to work in virtual environment efficiently is essential as well as excellent level of written and spoken English, ability to clearly form ideas and share those as well as customer centric approach and life-long learning attitude.
