Aansturen van laboranten en het toezien op de dagdagelijkse, veilige werking binnen het labo analyse.

• Organisatie en opmaken van de planning van het labo analyse
• Instaan voor de permanente communicatie tussen de eigen afdeling en andere afdelingen teneinde de nodige overeenstemming tussen de afdelingen te bereiken en de continuïteit van het productieproces te garanderen
• Verwerken van analyseresultaten van laboranten analyse
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van kwaliteit
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van selectie, keuze en ingebruikname van nieuwe meetmiddelen
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van eerstelijnsonderhoud en kalibratie van meettoestelen en machines in het labo analyse
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van benodigdheden bestemd voor het labo analyse
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van verwerking afvalwater
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van productontwikkeling
• Verantwoordelijkheden in het kader van kwaliteit en specificaties van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten in samenspraak met de verantwoordelijke process engineering
• Toezien op het correct naleven veiligheidsprocedures
• Beheer van documenten en gegevens in het kader van kwaliteitsregistraties
• Zichzelf continue op de hoogte houden van nieuwe analysetechnieken en trends in de sector
