afarax is looking for freelance consultants for a specific mission with a strong know-how in Daily Banking, Cards and/or Architecture. We need your lights !

The mission

Our client is looking for a skilled Enterprise Architect to join their team.

Function description:

• Define and maintain (parts of) the Enterprise Information Architecture, design architecture for IT Projects.
• Define and maintain the cartography of the IT-assets of the client (as-is and to-be)
• Translate Business strategy and new objectives into (changes in) the Architecture.
• Advise on the adoption of new technologies and concepts to keep architecture in line with market and available technologies.
• Support on ensuring integration of the architectural methodology and other procedures in place, including project management and IT development methods.
• Translate Functional Requests in Technical Model taking into account Functional Reference Model and Technical standards and constraints.
• Design solutions, which respect projects milestones and budgets while making the current architecture evolving towards the target one as well as respecting Infrastructure and Security constraints.
• Do the follow-up of the realization; document and report noticed implementation deviations in order to feed Reference Architecture and suggest eventual realignments with the target.
• Perform certifications and homologations of solution architectures proposed that impact the domain.
• Guarantee the group norms and standards are followed.

Is this you ?

• Good knowledge of French and English
• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
• Architecture certifications (Project Management certifications are nice to have)
• 5 years in Daily Banking, Cards and/or Architecture
• Hands on architecture experience for : Account Management domain - Cards, ATM, Acquiring domain – General knowledge of financial services
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on the following : Agile delivery – API Architecture – Data architecture – Core banking packages
• Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
• Good Communication and Influencing skills
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
