Enterprise Change Management Support
- Working Location:Brussels, Belgium
- Security Clearance:NATO Secret / SC
- Language:High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· Knowledge and experience in organization, management and support of various (international) operations, activities, units and projects related to defence, security, electronics and communications, in the NATO environment
· Familiarity with change management and the introduction of large ICT programs in large enterprises and/or organizations
· Experience in the definition and review of projects and programs for a large organization, including the definition of vision, mission, objectives, roadmaps; he must also have exposure to the definition and monitoring of KPIs, KGIs and KRIs
· Familiarity with modern ICT management areas in large organizations, such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise architectures
· Experience in the analysis of externally-provided services in a large organizations and their assessment and revie
· Experience in leading staff work on large and complex projects and to coordinate multiple stakeholders in different and separate locations
· Familiarity with change management and the introduction of large ICT programs in large enterprises and/or organizations

DUTIES/ROLE
- Acquire oversight and control of one or more Enterprise ICT programs, working with appropriate NATO entities (es.: project board, program board, senior user groups, etc), identify possible issues and shortfalls and propose adequate changes
- Identify, propose and monitor existing KPIs, KGIs, KRIs and other performance management tool
- Provide inputs for the development of adequate change management programs taking into account existing and future ICT programs, to adequately support the introduction of new and updated ICT capabilities in NATO
- Design, organize and lead dedicated workshops on change management related areas, define outcomes and produce appropriate reporting
- Support and orient the review of existing and future ICT relations and arrangements between the OCIO and relevant stakeholders, such as ACO, ACT, NCIA
