This strong company in the Namur region is looking for an ERP Business Analyst. They provide their software solution for various SMEs in the logistics and financial sectors, ranging from ERP systems to E-commerce and CRM solutions. Their strength lies in the comprehensive solution they offer after a thorough analysis of the business environment of these companies.

Tasks

You guide clients from A to Z throughout the entire implementation process: you analyze their needs and determine the right solution, act as a bridge between the client and your IT team, and coach the client through the entire change process. You collaborate with fellow developers, project managers, and fellow implementation analysts.

Profile

  • You have a first experience as ERP Business Analyst or have taken on these tasks (partially) in another role.
  • You are customer-oriented and analytically inclined
  • You have experience with IT-related implementations
  • Experience with ERP/IT implementations is a big plus
  • You work in English and French
