ERP/CRM Analyst

The global HQ is located in Zonhoven. Konings is an international company with more than 700 employees spread over 6 production sites in Europe. Konings is a key player in co-packing and private label production of juices, ciders, soft drinks, beers, wines and distilled products.

Konings has an ambitious plan for the future, including the implementation of a new ERP system. We are looking for two Business Analysts for our Supply Chain processes, specifically in two domains: Demand Planning & Logistics and/or Supply Planning, Production and Procurement to strengthen their ERP Team.

Position

You improve and optimise the Supply Chain business processes, with a focus on demand planning and logistics (WMS-TMS) OR supply planning, production and procurement - by documenting the "as-is" and defining the to-be process to align them to the organisation’s needs and strategy. You will take a leading role in the preparation and in the implementation of the new ERP system at the different production sites.

Key tasks

• You provide key support to the group supply chain manager in documenting the "as-is" processes and in defining the future to-be across different production sites.
• You will lead the implementation of these to-be processes in the new ERP. This includes developing test scenario’s, coordinating acceptance testing by end-users, drafting process documentation, and organising training of key-users and end-users.
• You define improvements and translate new problems and needs into useful solutions to continuously improve supply chain processes. You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
• As a change manager you will facilitate the effective transformation of the end users in the supply chain organization.
• You investigate and deal with change requests from the business users related to existing supply chain processes. Once approved, you are responsible for the implementation thereof within the allocated time and budget and for updating the process documentation.
• You assist in defining supply chain KPI’s and building associated dashboards and reporting.
• You report to the Group supply chain manager and have a dotted line to the ERP program manager during the ERP-implementation.

For this role we are looking for someone with following profile:

• You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, or other relevant education or equivalent by experience;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain processes;
• Strong ERP knowledge is a must and ideally you already have experience with third party system implementations;
• You have excellent business & analytical insight and strong project management skills;
• You have good influencing abilities and you work well together in a team and with other departments;
• You are familiar with change management and have a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills are mandatory, French is an asset.
• You have a hands-on mentality and an "end to end" process approach;
• You are willing to travel to other sites in Belgium and abroad.
