Within the Operations stream of our2-year-rotational European Graduate Program, you will be exposed to two 12-month assignments within manufacturing that areintegral to our business.
Your firstassignment will be taking place in theQuality Teamat our production site in Soignies, BelgiumasQuality Engineer. In this role,you will be supporting our strategic initiative of the development and evolution of web detection systems for quality defects within theplant.
For the second assignment, you will have the chance to sign up for one of our projects available in our European Production sites, such as:
- Support of continuous improvement projects with respect toProduction Excellence, Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, Maintenance,Process Excellence orEnterprise Lean Six Sigma.
- Optimization projects across the whole European network
- Involvement in project work including installation of new equipment / machine modifications etc.
- Manufacturing key projects and people management roles
During the program, it willnot only be about becoming a technical expert. To really drive a sustainable continuous improvement in the sites, you willneed to demonstrate and develop further yourcommunication and leadership skillsto make an impactand contribute to our ambition to define and deliver world-class manufacturing processes, products and services.
While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support along the way. OurMentoring Program, combined with a concentrated blend of experientialon-the-job learning, classroom and online trainingwill enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace, leveraging strengths and defining your career path.
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master)in a relevant Engineering field
- First relevant practical experience(e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
- A good level ofEnglish
- Willingness to relocate to different projects and locations across Europe during the program
