This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.
As an Event & Communication Coordinator you report to the Marketing & Communication Manager. You work with colleagues at our headquarters and in the different countries we operate in. You are responsible for executing sales event plans that promote TCR’s services to existing and potential customers through external and internal events.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts. Next to this you are a talent in organising, planning, and communication.
WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
Efficient & timely organisation of events
- Coordinate TCR’s presence at events execution based on brand marketing strategies to achieve measurable results while meeting timelines and budget constraints
- Effectively project manage all event activities, including logistics, creative support, budget, staffing plan, etc.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Travel to and support onsite execution and coordination of key events, including set up and tear down when needed
- Organisational and admin support
Supports the Marketing and communication Manager in executing all internal & external communication and marketing programs
- Responsible for content placement on the TCR website and online quality of content.
- Coordinate with external website Maintenance Company, ensuring that website is working properly, and a partner in responding to website updates.
- Coordination of internal communication initiatives and newsletter made by the marketing team
- Support on gathering material for external communications
Drive our digital marketing and presence on social media
- Maintain our website and company portal
- Writing content (blog articles, newsletters, social media, e-mails, website, etc.).
- Analysing and optimising Social, Google and Bing Ads (SEA).
- Ensuring that the content is optimised for search engines (SEO).
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Typically has about 3 years of experience in a similar function
- Is proficient in social media: platforms, channels (on- and offline), advertising and content, and measurement
- Has solid knowledge of social media dashboards, analytics & eg hootsuite/canva/Later/Mailchimp (please provide any other apps you are able to work with)
- Has good project management and organization skills
- Communicates effectively cross-functional
- Has an eye for detail
- Has good time management skills
- Is creative: comes up with original and innovative ideas, and solutions
- Has good MS Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of photoshop is a plus
- Is fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written), French and any extra other language is a plus
