Our practice

At EY Belgium Financial Services, we have established a successful, growing Data and Analytics team, where we develop a unique set of advisory and delivery services aligned to the market for our clients in the financial sector (banking, insurance).

We work hand in hand in synergy with the other EY teams who bring their expertise in core business operations, digital transformation, finance and accounting, risk, actuary, cyber security, tax, legal, internal audit, strategy and technology.

We operate mainly in Belgium, but we are part of an interconnected European network of 900+ specialized Data & Analytics consultants passionate about our field of play, and using it in everything we do.

We provide expertise and end-to-end delivery services in four core areas of competency:

Agile data engineering and data platform transformation in traditional and modernized environments, moving to multi-cloud technologies and data Fabric architectures.
Enterprise data management and information strategy, starting from advisory support to Chief Data Officers and their teams, data governance, data architecture to data quality remediation programs at scale, following international professional standards and our own EDM framework and methodologies
Enterprise reporting, self-service dataviz and Business Intelligence lifecycle development in business transformation programs
Data science & enterprise artificial intelligence, from AI ideation and transformation enablement, AI education to deployed, Embedded and monitored AI products in real-time operational processes

The opportunity

We are looking for consultants with experience and interest in various areas of the Data & Analytics field, to work on a broad array of topics in the financial sector, ranging from risk management and financial reporting to sales management, and customer analytics.
