For one of our clients in Liège we’re looking for an experienced Facility Coordinator.

In this role you will support the Facility Manager in the operational aspects of Facility Management.

You ensure an excellent Facility service towards employees and customers within the warehouse.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a team of technicians responsible for the functioning of hard services
  • Following-up on the ticketing tool ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the facility request
  • Provision of general administrative support for Facility Management as and when required, including ad hoc requests
  • Plan and organize the workload of the team to ensure all tasks are adequately covered
  • Follow up on the stock of technical equipment
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism

Have you got what it takes?

As a Facility Coordinator you can rely on the following qualities:

  • You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Facility Management, Construction, Environmental Engineering, Technics,...)
  • You have at least 3 years experience in a similar job
  • You have a strong technical background and affinity with customer quality standards
  • You are able to perform risk analysis within the decision making progress
  • You have great analytical and problem solving skills
  • You are a fluent communicator in English and Dutch
