Job Purpose and Impact

The Facilities manager will provide oversight and coordination to ensure effective facilities operation. We seek a professional who will execute multiple, less complex operation and administrative processes related to maintenance and repair, vendor management, security procedures and office inventory. Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the coordination of a range of services to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Communicate instruction and direction on routine maintenance work for the team and contractors.
Assist in analyzing maintenance vendor contracts for services and makes recommendations for approval.
Administer and execute operating procedures and performance metrics including tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of cleaning operators
Maintain the office/operations inventory
Ensure the facilities are in compliance with security procedures.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Good spoken and written knowledge of French and English Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Computer literate.
