FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER FOR OUR BENELUX ENTITY

Natus Medical Incorporated (Neuro Division), leading provider of healthcare products used for the screening, detection, treatment, monitoring and tracking of common medical ailments in neurological dysfunction, epilepsy and sleep disorders is looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f) for its Belgian entity.

This offer is for a permanent positionatfull time (40h per week from Monday to Friday).

Job Description

Our Belgian entity, OSG, based in Kontich (Belgium) is looking for a technician specializing in Field Service for Neurology activities in the Benelux area, primarily focused on the French speaking regions (Brussels, Wallonia & Luxembourg). You will work alongside your field colleagues

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

With the Service team and alongside the sales team, for our public customers (hospitals) and for our Neurology devices:

  • The installation of medical devices (installation of the equipment, of the software, IT configuration)
  • The yearly maintenance at the customers location
  • The recording / reporting of the all the service activities in our CRM (Salesforce) and the feedback to the sales team
  • The management of your tools
  • The planning of the service activities for your region

Travel required: extensive, Belgium and Luxembourg area (Belgium 95% and Luxembourg 5%) as wel as international training

Qualifications

  • 3 years of similar experience on field service activities in the medical device industry
  • Bachelor degree or higher with electronic & IT knowledge or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge on IT topics (Microsoft Windows 10, 11 OS, and network topics): you like to learn and improve your knowledge on these topics, in order to help the customers with the IT issues as all our products are IT based.
  • Service-minded, strong motivation, very good communication with customers and other members of the team.
  • Highly organized : autonomous and self-driven, proactive and in control of administrative work, including service reports and customer queries.
  • Good professional French and English (written, spoken) level is required to work within the company.
  • Good professional Dutch (written, spoken) is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel in Belgium and Luxembourg: valid driver licence.
