Job Purpose

The Field Trainer Digital will be responsible for consulting and implementing all types of digital work-flows and solutions for the Straumann customers. You will work closely together with sales and digital support. Your goal is to empower teams to maximize the potential of digital technologies. You will do that by organizing trainings, demonstrations and giving lectures. The working area is Belgium with the focus on Flanders. The products you work with are surgical planning and communication software so-lutions, 3D printing, 3D scan technology and various CadCam solutions. You will report to the Manag-er Field training Benelux.

Responsibilities

  • Solutions implementations with customers, taking ownership for the installation and training af-ter our digital solution is sold.
  • Training on digital workflows: creating, organizing and giving training for customers and internal people.
  • Consulting sales: during complex sales processes you will be the expert to consult the customer on how to optimize their digital workflow.
  • Giving Demo’s: show customers digital products in a commercial way
  • Customer support; after implementation you will help customers during the first period to op-timize the usage of their new workflow.
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities, by being in contact with customers you will be looking for customers’ needs to see what fits our solutions and follow these up in cooperation with sales or generating leads of the customers network.

Skills

  • Scheduling and Planning: Organizing training sessions, managing time effectively, and en-suring that learning objectives are met within the set timeframe.
  • Task Prioritization: Balancing multiple projects and training programs while ensuring con-sistent delivery.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner, par-ticularly in digital formats (videos, written content, etc.).
  • (Virtual) Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering engaging and effective presentations in online settings, maintaining audience interaction and focus.
  • Digital Tools: Knowledge of digital tools and software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.) to facilitate virtual training sessions
  • Language requirements: Dutch, French & English
  • Driver’s license

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Technol-ogy, or in medical/dentistry.
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in Dental industry, or medical profession.
  • Training & Education work experience, one on one or group trainings. Demonstrating product and explaining workflows.
  • Experienced in working with digital equipment or software solution or services.
  • Experienced in working with customers or patients.

  • Collaboration – Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization in order to get results and also support colleagues as the digital expert.
