We are currently looking for a Finance Manager for a company active in the technology industry and located in the Flemish Region.

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Finance Manager to become the lead of the Finance/Accounting department and to supervise the work of 2 collaborators. You will have the chance to occupy a broad function mixing the supervision of all accountancy tasks, Finance and project management.

Function :

  • Manage monthly and annual closing procedures
  • Oversee all accounting processes : invoicing, prepayment management, cost and stock accounting, provisions, AR/AP follow-up
  • Prepare consolidated accounts, reconcile intercompany transactions, and share group reports
  • Prepare consolidated cash flow and liquidity reports
  • Plan and prepare the budget process with operating departments
  • Support, test, and implement new accounting systems, process automation tools, and payment systems
  • Review, document, and improve operational processes and internal controls

Profile :

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
  • You are a good communicator. You are able to build strong relationships and to motivate a team on a daily basis
  • Ambitious, you are willing to work in a fast-paced environment where challenges are part of the everyday life
