Descrição da Função

We are a team of experts with a strong legacy in a specific Industry. We create, develop, and produce sustainable products for premium commercial and residential applications. Our accounting & consolidation team consists of 7 driven colleagues. Our team acts as a shared service center for the various production units and holdings within the Group. Your Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations (publicly traded) Preparing external quarterly and annual reports following IFRS Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Supporting the consolidation of group entities Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits Updating existing policies and supporting documentation for our processes Analyzing financial data, reports, and performing ad-hoc tasks to support the financial management in achieving their objectives Participating in financial digitalization projects to implement improvements Executing and monitoring the accuracy of journal entries, payroll data, balance accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable ledgers Preparing various statutory declarations (Intrastat, VAT, etc.), reports, and Excel files during monthly closing Collegiality is very important, so it is expected to also assist the AP team by booking and verifying purchase invoices, processing payment batches, and handling bank transactions Your Talents: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business Economics, or a similar field At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a financial role, preferably in a publicly traded company or an international environment General knowledge of IFRS & BEGAAP Experience in a production environment is a plus Experience with SAP is an additional asset Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English High degree of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Our Offer: A flexible working arrangement (flexible hours) in a traffic-free environment The possibility of working from home 1 day per week 15 additional days of vacation, and other benefits You will join a motivated and high-performing team within a growing, innovative company that is active internationally
