FM Equity & Commodity Derivatives Operations Specialist

Job Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the correct, complete and timely processing and administration of a wide range of FM Derivatives Products offered by ING Financial Markets (equity derivatives, commodity derivatives and Carbon spot and derivatives). An essential part of your role will be to control Front Office operations around the world, prepare and edit Trade confirmations and participate in projects related to business development without forgetting close collaboration with our Filipino Hub.

As part of the FM Equity & Commodity Derivatives Operations Department (Back Office), you will be part of the Global Center of Ecellence (CoE) for OTC derivatives related to Equity and Commodity derivatives, Carbon Spot, Carbon Derivatives, and their hedging instruments (e.g., Equity, futures, options) serving various locations such as London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Singapore, and New York.

Validating, drafting and signing of Trade confirmations of more comple

Being the point of contact and escalation for questions related to OTC derivatives and the related internal and e
• ternal processes
Analyzing and processing comple

Developing and modifying ISDA confirmations for comple
• transactions and new products
• Participating to process optimization and general improvements which could benefit our customers.
• Assisting the process owner in assessing the impact of required process improvements and changes and its implementation.
