• Collaborating with global teams to streamline the flow of goods from production facilities to regional distribution centers (RDCs)
• Engaging with local markets to understand and meet service, quality, and lead time requirements for downstream logistics from RDCs to customers
• Working across teams to enhance business circularity, including optimizing repair, returns, and reverse logistics up to end-of-life product handling
• Implementing and refining service offerings by balancing cost, service quality, and sustainability
• Managing the regional supply chain budget, involving stakeholders to improve the end-to-end supply chain cost efficiency
• Leading the regional team with a focus on passion, empowerment, and a strong performance-driven culture, aligned with core company values
• Acting as a subject matter expert on global initiatives to achieve overall supply chain goals
