recurv is looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer who has the ambitionto lead a technical team (mix offshore and on-site developers). You will join an IT team of 35 people divided into 2 teams and will focus on the transformation project.

CHALLENGE

Our client is rebuilding a new product from scratch, from Cobol to Java. At the moment they are completing the architecture for this application.

  • As a Senior Java Software Engineer you are responsible for the development and improvement of this inhouse application. Your focus will be at the backend.
  • Together with your team you work on a project basis but your focus will be on the transformation project.
  • In the future, when the team is complete, you will be coaching a team of developers.

PROFILE

  • min. 5 years experience as a Full Stack Software Developer / Developer Engineer
  • A first experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Team Lead is a plus, not a must
  • You are familiar with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker
  • Fluent English
