工作内容

Together with the business, you determine the personnel needs and headcount.
You are responsible for performance management, learning & development, and career planning of both blue and white collars.
You work closely with HR services, payroll, compensation and benefits, and the talent team.
You work in good spirits with the social partners in a people-oriented & positive social climate.
You are involved in weekly consultations with the social partners (50% of your role).
You work for different business units with a total of +500 employees.

You have a proven track record as an HR Manager/Sr. Business Partner in Supply Chain and production locations.
You have extensive union expertise and excellent communication skills with all social partners.
You possess organizational savviness and can work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a profound knowledge of Belgian employment law.
You build trust with large groups of employees and line managers.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch/English
