Introductie

Our client is an international and leading company active in the Chemical Industry. To strengthen their organization, we are currently supporting them in their search for a Freelance Supply Chain Director.

Jobomschrijving

Your main focus will be the coordination of supply chain activities, including the optimization of sales and operations processes, You will work closely with various teams, such as Sales, Production, and Logistics, to develop and implement plans of improvement that align with our client’s overall business objectives.

  • You will optimize, develop and implement S&OP strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
  • You analyze and provide insights and improvements on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization.
  • You identify and implement sustainable working capital improvements across inventories, receivables and payables.
  • You will indirectly lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.

Profiel

  • 10+ years of relevant experience within a Supply Chain Manager/Director role in an international environment. Extensive experience in S&OP is a must.
  • Solid stakeholder management skillset.
  • Able to maintain a helicopter view at all times.
  • You are able to maintain a strong helicopter view whilst simultaneously managing multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English & Dutch.

  • Full time occupation – min. 6 months with the possibility of extension.
