We are looking for an IT Recruiter for BRUSSELS who is experienced with managing the full recruitment lifecycle for European institutions IT framework contracts:

from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

You will collaborate with service delivery managers on a regular basis and pro-actively identify future hiring needs.
You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Our ideal recruiter holds a recruitment background in European institutions combined with work experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Your role:
Capturing and qualifying job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on all appropriate channels.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, including international candidates (Europe)
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Contract Management Office and stakeholders.
Adapt and rework candidate resumes in order to improve quality and opportunity conversion and to comply with framework requirements.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Your profile:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter for European institution Framework contracts (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Experience in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, onsite interviews, reference check etc)
Hands-on experience with recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reporting towards different stakeholders.
Experience with various European institution CV templates : e.g. DigitTM, Europass, Desis,..
Fluent English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
