We are currently seeking a motivated Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and participating in various projects for our client, ensuring their successful completion while aligning with legal requirements, client expectations, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Analysis: Conduct comprehensive functional analysis for assigned projects, collaborating closely with end clients to gather and incorporate all requirements into the analysis.
  • Recommendations: Provide well-informed recommendations based on your analysis, ensuring that proposed solutions meet project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Plan and execute effective communication strategies to ensure optimal information dissemination to various stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Project Coordination: Take the lead in coordinating projects, overseeing their functional and operational management to ensure they are completed within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. This includes excluding cross-functional procedures, change management, innovation management, and strategic optimization.
  • Process Optimization: After project implementation, focus on optimizing processes and procedures to enhance outcomes and potentially identify and define new projects for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on various project activities and outcomes.
Your Profile:

  • A Master’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data processing and interpretation of statistical data.
  • Fast learning when it comes to business and IT process functioning.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
Other Requirements:

  • Language Requirement: proficiency in Dutch, with a good knowledge of English and French.
  • Telework: 3-4 days a week after training.
