THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Functional Tester to join its BUDIT team (Business Application - Digital - Transformation).

At Gaming1, The BUDIT team enables & supports the ongoing growth of the Group by providing and integrating IT software solutions for the HQ departments and the land-based entities.

As a Functional Tester, you will work alongside the team and will ensure that the partner extranet and frontend products are free of defects (technical, certification) and meet the required quality level.

YOUR ROLE

Test new features and ensure non-regression

• Understand documentation
• Execute manual test plans
  
  

Declare defects and ensure follow-ups

• Record detected defects
• Ensure understanding by writing
• Carry out retesting of defects and validate the solution
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent skills acquired through experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Curious and want to learn
• Patient, persevering and thorough
• Good understanding of the development environment and the issues and challenges of testing
• Good understanding of test levels
• Ability to read, understand and apply a test plan XML files
• Ability to create a bug report
• Ability to modify SQL queries and ISTQB certification
• Knowledge of the theory of one or several work methodologies (agile, waterfall, V-model, etc.)
• Knowledge of at least one test tool (ALM, TestCafé, TestLink, etc.)
• Good command of French and very good knowledge of English
