About the Opportunity

Join Sanofi Corporate Public Affairs team as a Global Health Strategic Projects Public Affairs Lead.In this role you will enhance and amplify those health programmes that we will deploy in the GBU and NBM countries across BUs (new scope of GHU, GAVI programmes) bringing one Sanofi view externally with government and non-governmental health actors active in these geographies.

About growing with us

In this role you will….

• Help unlock access to Sanofi products by working closely with the GHU and Foundation to help identify and shaping access opportunities (help in government engagement to shape tenders, have better acceptance of new business models, find ways of including our portfolio in local health priorities)

• Support deployment of new business models and communicating Sanofi’s change of approach to delivery of products locally. Ensure it is adequately communicated to the right authorities and follow up on implementation

• Contribute to strategic projects in the CSR agenda like finding potential partners, position Sanofi, find public resources (polio eradication, TB production)

• Develops and manages projects’ budget and suitable contracting processes in respect of Sanofi processes

• Respects Sanofi rules of engagement as prescribed by Ethics and Business Integrity

About you

Qualifications/ Education & work experience

• 5 years + of professional experience in public affairs, advocacy roles in country or regional level and market shaping strategies

• Proven track record experience in stakeholder engagement, coalition building and development and implementation of campaigns/initiatives triggering policy shift

• Ability to develop a stakeholder engagement plan and carry it through

• Understanding of policy-making processes and stakeholders, pharmaceutical and healthcare business, in global institutions and at country level (focus low and middle income countries)

• Knowledge of delivery of healthcare LMICs

• Oral and written fluency in English, French is a plus
