For TME Graduate positions
we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

Your Profile:
  • Education: Master degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics
  • Interest in automotive market trends (car segments, main competitors…) and basic product knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of data/reporting tools (dynamic update) - any knowledge of VBA for Excel or Power BI is a plus
  • Highly developed ability to be critical with facts and figures – enjoy working with numbers and manipulating several data sources
  • Ability to plan your work according to deadlines
  • Self-starter attitude, taking initiative and not afraid of responsibility
  • Sense of ownership and confidentiality
  • Positive attitude to resolve any issues with Customer First mindset
  • Flexible team player with hands-on mentality
  • Mature interpersonal skills supporting smooth consensus building
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages are assets

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description:
  • Support the monthly and yearly sales planning processes, through monitoring and reporting of sales and automotive market performance across European markets
  • Market Intelligence: Carry out weekly / monthly / yearly market forecast analysis in order to feed the sales planning, supported by 2 AI experts
  • Prepare/update ad-hoc or recurring reports for executives/corporate functions

Your responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning Support
  • Enable the weekly evaluation of National Marketing Sales Companies [NMSCs] monthly sales plan
  • Support IT system update and maintenance for sales plan (including incident management)
  • Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Responsible for sales results data consolidation and the monthly release of the final reports across TME, NMSCs and Toyota Motor Corporation [TMC]
  • Gather data and prepare analysis of Europe automotive market (private and fleet)
  • Continuously improve the reporting processes (potential automation/centralisation), taking into account other stakeholders involved (TME Sales, NMSC, Supply & Demand Allocation team,…)
  • New online reporting platform
  • Contribute to the implementation of the “reporting transformation plan”, aiming to replace our static Excel reports by flexible/interactive online reports based on the Microsoft BI technology
  • After understanding of the customer needs, design new Excel report templates based on MSBI data models
  • Market Forecast
  • Ensure the most appropriate Market Forecast for some assigned countries, facilitating the exchange of information and overall collaboration with NMSCs
  • Establish a monthly touch point with NMSCs through Teams Call or video conference for Sales Planning Process follow up
  • Carry out full country analysis and forecast for Annual plan using AI tool
