A company active in the consumer goods is currently looking to hire a Group Controller to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in finance and in controlling, you will be the perfect addition to the company.

Your main responsibilities as the new Group Controller will include:

  • Analysing and approving investment requests
  • Validating and controlling business plans
  • Developing and continuously improving the monthly cycle
  • Consolidating, analysing and presenting the results
  • Proposing and implementing improvements to systems and / or procedures to facilitate decision-making and operational monitoring
  • Performing or coordinating audits in different departments and / or systems to ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Checking and validating the reporting of the various subsidiaries and business units
  • Supervising, coaching and managing a team of 9 controllers

Your profile:

  • You have a Master’s in Commercial Engineering or Economics
  • You have more than 12 years’ experience in controlling
  • You speak French, English and ideally also Dutch
  • You have an affinity for IT tools and already strong ERP experience

  • You are analytical and precise
  • You have great communication skills
  • You are a team player
